We are currently seeking a personable, positive, and skilled Administrative Assistant on a temporary basis for our dynamic client in Edmonton! If you enjoy managing a variety of tasks, supporting a team, and ensuring the smooth running of the office, we’d love to speak with you.
Responsibilities:
- Direct clients, staff, and guests to appropriate departments.
- Manage office supplies and order in food for meetings.
- Book and setup meeting rooms as required.
- Connect incoming phone calls and respond to email inquiries.
- Create and populate expense reports as requested.
- Handle client contact lists, including database management.
- Create Excel spreadsheets, PowerPoint presentations, and Word documents.
- Type, format, and proofread correspondence documents.
- Receive and sort daily mail and assist with courier deliveries.
- Administrative support in the office as required.
