GENERAL FUNCTIONS

Plan, supervise, and evaluate student experience in the clinical areas, communicate/ coordinate activities with other members of the course teaching team.



SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES


+ Plan student clinical experiences in conjunction with the course teaching team.

+ Communicate plan and student learning objectives to appropriate agency staff.

+ Provide clinical supervision and guidance for nursing students.

+ Evaluate student progress toward the achievement of learning objectives.

+ Provide opportunities for students to receive feedback on their progress and assist students with identified areas of concern.

+ Conduct pre and post-conference in the clinical area.

+ Attend and contribute to course planning/coordinating meetings.
