When individuals are experiencing complex mental health or addictions needs, we believe that community setting and supports can offer an alternative pathway for recovery, without the need for hospitalization.

Our Long-Stay Residential Treatment Facility provides people who have been hospitalized with an opportunity to live in the community by providing a housing option that balances their need for support with as much independence as possible in a community setting.

As a member of this team, you will support individuals with their physical and mental health/addiction support needs by providing personal care, teaching life skills and coping strategies.
