Position Details
Take on the Accounts Receivable Technician role in Ville Saint-Laurent, featuring a hybrid work model. We are looking for candidates who are organized and have at least three years of relevant experience.
In this role, you will manage customer accounts, ensuring timely collections and accurate record-keeping. A DEC/AEC in Accounting is preferred, and experience with D365 or other ERP systems is an asset. You'll work collaboratively with sales and operations teams to resolve disputes and improve processes in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities: • Maintain and update customer accounts and records • Ensure collection of overdue accounts by timely follow-ups • Process new customer applications in compliance with policies • Work with sales and service teams to streamline operations • Conduct administrative tasks, such as bank deposits
