You will play a vital role in ensuring timely financial processes and operational excellence. The position includes responsibilities for vendor invoicing, customer collections, and reconciliation while streamlining finance operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Match vendor invoices with purchase orders and documents
• Administer customer invoicing and analyze cash receipts
• Manage new vendor onboarding and resolve inquiries
• Conduct reconciliations and prepare month-end entries
• Support various ad-hoc projects within the finance team
Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in Accounting or similar field
• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience in a busy environment
