You will be part of the Regional Services team supporting U. S., Canadian, and Jamaican operations, collaborating on key Accounts Payable tasks:
✅ Processing manual and electronic invoices.
✅ Following up on invoices held in receiving channels (On Base, COUPA, email, Edicom).
✅ Financial analysis and resolution of policy exceptions.
✅ Responding to vendor and internal user inquiries regarding payments.
✅ Supporting internal and external audits.
✅ Participating in continuous improvement projects and Lean trainings.
✅ Collaborating with regional teams to maintain positive and efficient relationships.
