Your new role
The role involves auditing and verifying all revenue transactions, reconciling daily and monthly sales, cash, and banking (including credit card receipts), and managing the Accounts Receivable ledger to ensure all debts are valid and collectable. The successful candidate will analyse revenue reports, reconcile VAT, and ensure compliance with standard operating procedures. Responsibilities also include training Front Office staff on accounting procedures, reporting on revenue variances, managing cash floats and petty cash, and preparing monthly reports.
