With limited guidance, perform finance-related activities and oversee core accounting operations and support financial strategy within our insurance business. This role will play a key part in ensuring accurate financial reporting, strengthening internal controls, and driving process improvements and automation initiatives.

Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Minimum 5–7 years of experience in accounting/finance, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry.Prior experience in a supervisory or team lead role is highly preferred. Technical Skills:
