We are seeking a remote Accounting & Procurement Specialist to own both our client's bookkeeping and our quote desk. The right person is someone who can do deep, careful financial work, but also pivot quickly when a client needs a quote or a purchase and have consistent communication and follow-through.
The ideal candidate is proactive, responsive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities may shift throughout the day. You will work closely with the sales, service, and operations teams to ensure accurate financial records, timely procurement processes, and excellent client communication.
This is a full-time remote role supporting Pacific Time business hours.
