• Lead the full accounting function
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP and corporate financial policies
• Implement and strengthen SOX/internal controls framework
• Own the month‑end close process, including journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting
• Prepare and deliver accurate financial reports to U.S. corporate teams
• Enhance the level of financial analysis beyond transactional accounting
• Establish and improve accounting processes, controls, and documentation
• Partner cross‑functionally with plant operations, manufacturing, and corporate finance
• Supervise and develop a small accounting team (2 direct reports)
