Position Description
Manage overall day-to-day activity of accounting department and oversight of all project accounting staff.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Create supportive environment to develop high performing finance team, provide training opportunities and engage in mentoring relationships.
- Lead accountants and other related team members, provide timely performance feedback and contribute to performance appraisals during annual performance cycle, utilizing talent management systems.
- Review all contracts and participate in project set-up meetings with project staff to ensure contract compliance.
- Manage accounts receivable function to ensure accurate and timely billings.
