Position Overview

The Accounting Manager is responsible for overseeing financial reporting, inventory accounting, and operational finance activities within a manufacturing and construction environment. This role provides leadership across accounting processes while acting as a key business partner to operations, supply chain, and leadership teams.

The Accounting Manager will lead inventory and cost accounting, financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, and process improvement initiatives , while ensuring strong internal controls and data integrity. The ideal candidate brings strong technical expertise, leadership capability, and the ability to translate financial data into actionable business insights.
