**Accounting Fixed Asset Analyst**
**LOCATION: Guadalajara SSC**
**REPORTS TO: Associate Manager General Accounting**
The **Accounting Fixed Assets Analyst** will be responsible for executing and ensuring timely and accurate processing and analysis of data related to fixed assets
**Core Responsibilities**:
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements to ensure accurate expenditure data is available for the US/Canadian business as required.
- Prepare and provide financial information for internal/external audits, ensuring information is accurate and timely.
- Prepare monthly account reconciliations in a timely manner to ensure internal control policies are being followed.
- Book journal entries as required and ensure that transactions are recorded accurately and in compliance with applicable standards.
- Records monthly depreciation expense for all sites, summarize activity and perform trend analysis.
- Prepare CAPEX and PPE roll forward schedules
