We are looking for an experienced R2R Subject Matter Expert to drive excellence across end-to-end Record-to-Report processes. In this role, you will leverage deep accounting and process expertise to standardize operations, strengthen controls, and lead continuous improvement and transformation initiatives. You will also act as the owner of the R2R control framework and a key advisor across Finance. What you will do with us Process Ownership & Standardization
Act as SME for end-to-end R2R processes, policies, and accounting topics
Design and implement future-state process models
Own and maintain process documentation (DTPs, process maps, blueprints)
Define SLAs and ensure alignment with global standards
Continuous Improvement & Automation
Identify inefficiencies and drive process optimization, automation, and digitalization
Support productivity targets and eliminate non-value-added activities
Define and manage R2R KPIs and best practices
