Job Summary

We are seeking a strategic and results‑driven Director of Accounting and Financial Performance to lead our finance function. This role oversees all accounting operations, financial reporting, cost control, and performance management across the business.

As a key member of the leadership team, the Director will drive financial strategy, ensure strong governance, and support operational excellence. The position also assists in the implementation and optimization of financial systems, including ERP.
