WildBrainStudios is looking for an Accounting Clerk to join our team! Reporting to the Accounting Supervisor, you will support the day‑to‑day operations of the Accounting team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, organized individual looking to grow their accounting experience in a collaborative and creative environment.

Responsibilities

• Accounts Payable & Administrative Support
  • Assist with AP invoice processing and data entry (as assigned)
  • Review and assign appropriate coding to independent contractor invoices, and submit for approval
  • Match billbacks and RPTs to invoices
  • Draft credit applications to vendors
  • Verify vendor banking details over the phone
• Credit Card & Banking
  • Perform credit card bookkeeping
  • Reconcile multiple Visa statements
  • Prepare and post journal entries for credit cards
