Become an integral part of payroll operations as an Accounting and Payroll Specialist, focusing on collaboration and accuracy in a team-oriented atmosphere. This position includes handling payroll queries and ensuring compliance.
You will actively engage with Payroll, HR, and Benefits teams and play a key role in full-cycle payroll processing. The role emphasizes attention to detail while processing time tracking entries, tax elections, and payroll reports. You’ll support a busy payroll team especially during peak seasons, ensuring smooth tax form distributions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with team members for payroll processing
• Handle payroll-related email inquiries effectively
• Maintain employee data in payroll systems
• Assist with ROE and garnishment preparations
• Ensure compliance with payroll legislation
Requirements:
