Reporting directly to the Finance Manager, the Accountant will manage full-cycle bookkeeping, oversee accounts receivable (A/R) and accounts payable (A/P), and support various month-end and year-end accounting activities. Key Responsibilities

• Full-Cycle Accounting: Manage day-to-day bookkeeping, including A/P, A/R, bank transactions, account reconciliations, corporate expense reports, and HST filings.
• Invoicing & Billing: Prepare and distribute monthly client invoices, maintain accurate billing contact databases, and facilitate new client onboarding setup.
