Responsibilities

• Accounting: Complete corporate accounting tasks in accordance with Norwegian accounting standards, such as bookkeeping, invoice issuance, and financial statement preparation.
• Tax Filing: Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual tax filings and payments, and implement tax planning strategies from headquarters based on local tax policies.
• Bank Account Management: Open, update, or close bank accounts as needed by market requirements.
• Document Archiving: Organize and maintain archival files, including contracts, invoices, customs clearance documents, and correspondence.
• Annual Audit: Assist auditors in completing and issuing annual audit reports.
• Inventory Management: Conduct quarterly and annual warehouse asset supervision to ensure asset security from an independent financial perspective.
