Position Details
Position summary:
The Account Manager will drive new business development (approximately 70% of the role), identifying and securing enterprise-level Travel & Tourism clients — from initial prospecting through contract execution.
In parallel (30%), the role will serve as the main point of contact for an assigned portfolio of existing clients, focusing on expanding partnerships, introducing new AI-enabled and digital solutions, and increasing account value through consultative engagement.
This position focuses on global, enterprise-level Travel & Tourism organizations including airlines, hotel groups, cruise operators, destination brands, and travel technology providers. The role requires a commercially-driven professional capable of engaging Digital, Marketing, eCommerce, and Operational stakeholders in conversations around global growth, workflow modernization, and scalable content and technology solutions.
