The Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic account manager to lead technical sales in the Cariboo/Northern BC region. This role goes beyond traditional account management. You will work directly with industrial customers to understand their manufacturing processes, assess compressed air systems, design technically sound solutions that support reliability, efficiency, and production goals, and prospect, develop new business, and grow supporting existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation and Prospecting – proactively identify and pursue new customers and opportunities within industrial and manufacturing environments, building and maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified prospects.
• Territory Growth – achieve annual equipment and service sales targets by developing and executing effective territory strategies focused on new business development and expansion of existing accounts.
