The Account Manager Private Banking (AM PB) is responsible for account administration, documentation formalities, and daily operational tasks that impact account administration. Unlike the Relationship Manager (RM), the AM PB does not maintain an independent client book but collaborates closely with the RM to reach out to clients where appropriate. The role includes ensuring operational client account management, interacting with stakeholders, providing clients with relevant information, and supporting the RM in implementing customized solutions. The AM PB is a role model for delivering high‑quality service to clients, RMs, and Team Heads, living the Julius Baer values of Care, Passion, and Excellence.
