Position Details
What You’ll Do:
- Manage and develop a portfolio of existing customers, taking ownership after handover from the New Business team.
- Drive renewals and long‑term customer retention, with a focus on sustainable growth.
- Build and execute clear account plans aligned with customer goals and business outcomes.
- Identify expansion opportunities through upselling and cross‑selling.
- Work closely with Customer Success to ensure strong product adoption and engagement.
- Partner with Renewals teams to manage contracts and pricing discussions.
- Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders and decision‑makers.
- Use customer data and insights to inform renewal and growth strategies.
