**Account Executive**
Remote | Eastern Time Zone hours | Entry-Mid Level | National franchise network
**Role Summary**:
The Account Executive manages qualified leads, guides prospects through the sales process, and supports deal closure for a fast-growing franchise brand.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Engage inbound leads and conduct outreach to warm prospects
- Run discovery calls, address objections, and advance opportunities
- Schedule follow-ups and assist leadership in closing agreements
- Maintain accurate pipeline data in HubSpot (or comparable CRM)
- Provide feedback to refine messaging and sales workflows
**Qualifications**:
- 1-2 years in sales, inside sales, or a customer-facing role
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational ability; comfortable managing multiple conversations simultaneously
- Professional, goal-driven, and able to work remotely on an EST schedule
