Position Details
Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle for Mid-Market and Enterprise opportunities.
- Work inbound and partner-sourced opportunities generated by Marketing.
- Proactively qualify and advance deals already in the funnel.
- Run clear, direct, and consultative discovery calls.
- Lead demos focused on real pains and business impact.
- Prepare proposals, handle negotiations, and close deals.
- Keep CRM updated and forecasts realistic.
- Handoff closed deals to Customer Success.
Business Development (Secondary)
- Maintain an active BD mindset: relationship building, light outbound, and follow-ups.
- Support marketing and event-driven initiatives (before and after events).
- Attend selected industry events and networking sessions.
- Help open conversations that may convert into future opportunities.
