The Opportunity
- Leading the development of campaign ideas, taking ownership of ideation and plan development, including developing effective and impactful plans
- Providing strong, hands‑on oversight over the execution of those ideas, ensuring that every touchpoint supports the identified strategy
- Keeping tabs on the details - time and money! - through the management of workback schedules, status reports and budget trackers.
- Serving as a role model to teams and the broader agency, and motivating teams to deliver great work - even in the face of roadblocks and challenges
- Providing sharp and insightful client counsel and building deep and trusted client relationships
Note: this role will likely require serving as a people manager to one to two team members, providing leadership, support and coaching.
