Role Summary
  • Own the account’s end‑to‑end technology and service solution, from bid through run.
  • Lead complex multi–service line transformations, service integration, and operational excellence.
  • Act as trusted advisor to customer IT leadership; shape the roadmap and innovation portfolio.
  • 1) Detailed Duties / Role Expectations & Responsibilities
  • Own the E2E technology & service solution for the account; maintain visibility of risks/issues and drive proactive service improvement and innovation.
  • Lead across the lifecycle: Shaping/Winning, Transforming, Executing and Growing, ensuring solutions are deliverable and value‑accretive.
  • Define the account technology roadmap aligned to the customer’s IT strategy; manage the innovation portfolio, shape and review transformative proposals.
  • Provide technical guidance during complex Major Incidents; ensure learnings feed into problem management and continuous improvement.
