We are looking for an Account Administration Officer to provide administrative support to the MD Private Investment Counsel and MD Management Ltd lines of business.
Responsibilities
- Administer client accounts, including account openings, maintenance, and funding.
- Facilitate transfer requests, resolve transfer inquiries, and follow up on initiated transfers.
Qualifications
- University degree or college diploma, preferably with a financial background.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative or clerical role, preferably within the financial services industry.
- Working knowledge of CRM2.
- Completion of the Canadian Securities Course is an asset.
- Fluency in both French and English (bilingual).
