Key Responsibilities
Assessing Motor Vehicle Accident claims and establishing eligibility for benefits in accordance with the Statutory Accident Benefits Schedule (SABS)Communicating with insurance companies to ensure clients receive benefits as entitled under SABSProficiency in handling SABS and OCF formsDrafting License Appeal Tribunal (LAT) ApplicationsPreparing and drafting correspondence to defense counsel, insurance companies, medical institutions, and clientsReviewing and updating medical documentation and other file contentsOverall daily file maintenance Qualifications
