Required Experience and Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in I&IT project management
• Demonstrated experience supporting Project Managers / Portfolio Leads with day‑to‑day project coordination
• Strong experience building and maintaining detailed schedules in MS Project
• Proven ability to create and maintain project management artefacts (risk, issue & action logs, status reports, briefing notes, meeting minutes)
• Strong analytical and reporting skills, including use of Excel for project analysis
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work across business and technical teams
• High proficiency with MS Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
• Experience with meeting facilitation, meeting minute creation, action item tracking & follow‑ups
• Experience working independently and with both the business and technology teams
