1.0 FTE Montessori Early Primary Teacher (Temporary) – School District 71, Courtenay Elementary, BC.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver Montessori lessons in accordance with the curriculum and the individual needs of each child.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and stimulating Montessori environment.
• Observe and assess students’ development, documenting progress and adjusting lessons as needed.
• Foster respectful and positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
• Model and reinforce grace and courtesy in the classroom.
